Our journey starts at our very humble beginnings in a beautiful previously disadvantaged "so called coloured community " next to what was commonly known as "Grasmere' or rather" Ou Grassie"Yes right their in the dusty roads of Grassie " that was actually named Mid Ennerdale .Although we registered the business and was founded formally in April 1994" interestingly in the same month of our very " Historic first held democratic elections" as owner member of POPULAR REAL ESTATES i entered the real estate business in the year of 1992 working for a wonderful man the late Eugene Hollings at Algoa properties.
